Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

We are not always able to accommodate changes once an order has been placed as processing begins immediately. Please contact us ASAP at support@gemmablue.com so we may try our best to get this sorted for you!

My order already shipped but I need to change my mailing address

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we are no longer able to make any adjustments to the order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, a reshipment fee will apply and/or shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We know receiving your items ASAP is super important, so processing begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, unfortunately, we are not always able to accommodate any changes. If any corrections, changes, or cancellations need to be made, please contact our team ASAP at support@gemmablue.com with your order number and details of the changes/cancellation. We will try our best to get it sorted for you, however, this is not guaranteed.

I received the wrong item

Oh no, we're so sorry to hear about this! Please send over an image of the item(s) you have received, along with the packaging to support@gemmablue.com within 7 days of delivery. Our customer service team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

Can l take a shower when wearing your jewelry?

Yes, you can, but we recommend keeping it dry as much as possible. Even solid gold can tarnish when it gets wet. Showering with our gold plated jewelry won't harm the metal itself, but to keep your jewelry looking beautiful, it's best to avoid showering with these pieces on.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to view your real-time logistics information. If you haven't received an email yet, don't worry! It usually takes around 24-48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
